How to use this worksheet

Tips while quoting

  1. Check "total at checkout" — many resorts show a per-night rate that excludes resort fees, taxes, and government taxes. The number you want is the all-in final total before payment.
  2. Look for these summer 2026 promos to apply: Karisma "Kids Stay Free," Beaches "Kids Stay & Eat Free," Hyatt "Kids Stay Free," Velas "Kids Stay Free + $300 Resort Credit," Moon Palace "Kids 17 & Under Free."
  3. Be ready for booking engines to throw you a "starting at" number on the search page that doesn't match the room you want. Click through to the actual suite category, set your dates, and look at the room-specific total.
  4. For Beaches: the nursery and kids' clubs are included in the AI rate. No add-on needed.
  5. For Costco Travel: you need a Costco membership to see and book package prices. The website lets you browse without login, but the actual numbers appear after sign-in.
